We are a community dedicated to addressing the challenges of individualism and isolation in today’s world. We recognize that as social beings, we thrive when we come together. Our mission is to break down cultural taboos surrounding critical topics that many men face but often feel unable to discuss openly—issues like anger, sexuality, friendship, authenticity, addiction, and shame.
At the Centered Man Collective, we value honesty, vulnerability, accountability and growth. We believe that recognizing when we feel stuck and reaching out for help are vital first steps in our journeys. Through compassionate conversations, we listen to one another and cultivate relationships built on appreciation and mutual respect.
In our shared space, we encounter our “shadows”—the unconscious parts of ourselves that drive our behaviors. Here, we face moments of raw emotion, whether it’s anger, shyness, or confusion. This is where the real work happens: we support each other in navigating these complexities, creating a safe environment for vulnerability and healing.
We embrace the full spectrum of human experience, using skills like vulnerability, humor, and physicality to deepen our connections. As we grow, so does our bond as a group, empowering us to act in new ways and approach challenges with confidence. The strength we build together serves as a resource when we face difficulties outside the group, reminding us of who we are and who we aspire to be.
In addition to our deep work, we foster connection through shared activities. Whether we’re hitting the gym, playing pickle-ball, hunting, camping, or creating rituals that define our lives as men, we ensure that our time together is meaningful and enjoyable. These experiences enrich our lives, enhancing our relationships with family, friends, and our communities.
We are now accepting applications for our upcoming group, beginning in December 2024. If you're interested in joining, please complete the questionnaire below.
